The RRS 2023 app serves as a critical tool for Rise Global Winners attending the Rise Residential Summit, designed to enhance their experience through essential features. It provides access to the programming agenda, event logistics, biographies of winners and speakers, emergency contacts, and general support information.

Each year, Rise invites up to 100 Rise Global Winners (RGWs) to partake in a fully funded Residential Summit alongside their peers. This event is an opportunity for RGWs to engage with groundbreaking discoveries and innovations that are transforming the global landscape, thereby broadening their perspectives on potential solutions.

The programming for this summit will concentrate on six strategic areas: AI, Astrophysics, Engineering Biology, Education Technology, Sustainability, and Social Entrepreneurship. It aims to blend technical knowledge with creative exploration, ensuring that RGWs can engage with and express interest in various topical issues through diverse approaches.

The Summit is structured around three primary objectives: first, to educate RGWs on the forefront of innovation today, empowering them to address challenges in novel, technical, and interdisciplinary manners; second, to facilitate connections between winners themselves and between winners and experts who can assist in advancing their community projects; and third, to cultivate a strong sense of winner identity centered on service in preparation for their transition to college life.
